From dancer, to journalist, to t.v. exec, to mom, to yogi, business owner, and cross-continental partner and wife, Kristen knows a little something about this ever-evolving thing called LIFE. How was she able to keep her two feet on the ground and her head in the clouds through it all? Ritual – or as she describes it, making something sacred by drawing a circle around it and declaring it so.

 

In this workshop, we’ll learn the elements of a ritual and how to curate a practice that’s authentic to us – one that can evolve and grow through all of life’s twists and turns. Whether you’re looking to tweak an existing practice, or are starting from scratch, you’ll leave with the tools to firmly establish the ritual in your life.

That ‘not-a-kid, and definitely not an adult’ period came be a turbulent time. But given the right tools to connect to thoughts, emotions, and Spirit these special humans can really thrive. In this workshop, students will learn to connect with an oracle deck, embody the archetypes found in the cards, and journal about the experience. It’s a practice they can invoke throughout their ‘tweens’ and well into adulthood.
